The early fashions - 1965-1969
Linda from UK did a great job to list
the 1960s-1970s Petra/Peggy/Fred-fashions on her website, but I think
the early years were mixed up.
After 7 years of researching Petra, I believe that the first Petra catalog is not from 1964, because Petra was marketed from 1965 on, not earlier.
According to current knowledge it makes no sense that there was already a catalog with fashions for Petra in 1964. I think the following order is correct:

1968 was the first year with "Boutique" outfits. As far as I know the "Boutique"-series ended in 1979.
